Food and beverage service comes naturally to me. I grew up in the hospitality business and have experienced the joy of living and working around hotel and restaurant people all of life. My career is that of a professional with more than 15 years of experience that include restaurant and bar management, product marketing, and profit & loss management.


My primary talents include jump-starting new businesses and franchise outlets to quickly build brand equity through excellent customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring.  I have a proven track record for having helped revitalize established businesses so they are better able to focus on best practices and increasing same store sales. 


I have worked as a manager for casual and theme style full-service restaurants. I’m able to coordinate staff and resources in high volume environments, have strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude.

 

UPDATE - I recently signed on to work with Cafe 290, Manor.  Thanks to all my friends, family and business associates for their support and help during this transition period.
